Know which client is drifting before they tell you.

Client Health Radar reads the communications you already have — email threads, Slack, meeting notes — and turns them into an early-warning report: which relationships are healthy, which are drifting, which are at risk, and the one action to take next. Every signal cites its evidence.

The thesis · § 01

Churn doesn't start with the termination email. It starts 60–120 days earlier, in the comms.

Reply times triple. The champion skips two check-ins. Three documents get approved with no comments. Procurement appears on an invoice thread. Each one is visible in the communications your team already has — but nobody is reading for the pattern, because everyone is busy doing the work. Radar reads for the pattern.

The signals · § 02

Seven signals, each with the receipts.

Stakeholder silence

Your champion goes quiet while someone else starts replying.

Missed commitments

Promises made in QBRs and threads that nobody followed up — on either side.

Response latency drift

Reply times slipping against that client's own baseline, not a generic benchmark.

Sentiment shift

Detailed engagement becomes 'Approved.' Rubber-stamping is a risk marker, not a win.

Cadence drop

Weekly syncs quietly become fortnightly. Decisions start reaching you after the fact.

Escalation language

The same question asked three times. Tone moving from collaborative to transactional.

Expansion signals

Unprompted mentions of new divisions, budgets and introductions — caught while warm.

How it works · § 03

Three steps. No new CRM.

/01Add the comms

Paste email threads, Slack conversations and meeting notes per client. (Gmail and Slack sync are on the roadmap — the engine is the same.)

/02Run the analysis

The engine scores the relationship 0–100, classifies it healthy, drifting or at risk, and extracts only the signals it can evidence with quoted excerpts.

/03Take the one action

Each account gets a single specific recommendation — who to contact, how, about what. Mark it taken or dismiss it; the radar tracks whether reports get acted on.

The stance · § 04

Evidence, not vibes. Judgement stays yours.

No black-box health score. Every signal quotes the excerpt it came from, so you can disagree with the radar — that's the point. It's an early-warning and decision-support system, not another CRM and not a replacement for knowing your clients.

Provenance · § 05

Built by We Scale Startups. Run on our own client book first.

We Scale Startups installs growth systems for post-PMF B2B SaaS and AI startups. Radar came out of the same discipline applied to our own client relationships: name the constraint, read the evidence, decide weekly. We dogfood every release on our own accounts before it ships. If you run 5–30 valuable client relationships and want in as a pilot, send us your context.
